Neurospicy Futures of Work: Imagining work through the lens of ADHD and time

What if the future of work were to be imagined from the perspective of neurodivergent minds? This question forms the core of this talk and interactive discussion, as well as our accompanying exhibition here at Festival der Zukunft. Each future is grounded in the interpretation of work through the lens of time. How fast or slow does time pass? Who controls its rhythm? The talk shares insights from a participatory speculative design process with and by members of the ADHD community and invites attendees to reflect on their own experiences of time at work. The talk is for anyone interested in the future of work and how neurodivergent perspectives can reveal blind spots in dominant work cultures.
