From AI and quantum to climate and energy technologies, the conversation takes a critical look at Europe’s strengths, blind spots, and untapped potential – and asks what it will take to turn scientific excellence into global market leadership. Together with startups, investors and experts from the European Patent Office, the session explores how patents and intellectual property can help protect breakthrough innovation, attract investment and strengthen Europe’s ability to compete in the global deep tech race.
