Heleen Rouw is Program Director of CIIIC (Creative Industries Immersive Impact Coalition) and a strategic leader with a broad background across the creative industries – spanning film, entertainment, cultural institutions and digital innovation. She previously served as Director of international children film-, and mediafestival Cinekid and was a member of the management team at Amsterdam Royal Zoo, where she focused on strategy, audience engagement and financing schemes.
