I’m a deep-tech investor and entrepreneur focused on turning breakthrough technologies into real-world businesses. I studied Finance and Philosophy in Mannheim, at HEC Paris, and Yale. I started at Boston Consulting Group, working on Europe’s toughest tech challenges, then joined BCG Digital Ventures to build new ventures with industrial companies. Later, at Lakestar, I helped build its Deep Tech thesis, led the Deep Tech and Defence teams, and authored the European Deep Tech Report. Today, I’m the Founder of Drumbeat Capital, backing unconventional minds building global champions from scientific breakthroughs.
