Matteo Tambussi is an Italian musician and producer whose work spans over two decades in the European independent music scene. Originally from Turin, he began his career in the early 2000s, releasing more than a dozen records that blend rock songwriting with electronic and experimental pop elements. Across various projects and bands, he has performed internationally and opened for artists such as Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds, Boy George, Primal Scream, and Blonde Redhead, while receiving airplay on BBC6 and other national mainstream networks. Since 2018, Tambussi has also been active at the intersection of Web3 and civic technology as a developer, educator, and researcher. He has contributed to the Ethereum ecosystem, co-founded SpaghettETH, and participated in civic tech initiatives like Pensieve ECF, focused on digital governance and public-interest infrastructure. His recent work explores new economic models for music, connecting artistic value with decentralized technologies.
