I’m Max, a computer science graduate exploring the intersection of AI, human cognition, and society. At ReDI School, I design and facilitate workshops for school students and women, helping them build confidence in programming and AI – because I believe technology should empower everyone, not just the few. My interests span AI Alignment, Safety, and Governance, but also philosophy, psychology, and the arts. I co-authored VideoINSTA (EMNLP 2024), a project that reflects my passion for making AI research tangible and impactful. Outside of work, you’ll find me surfing the Eisbach wave, playing music, or spinning fire in Munich’s flow arts community.
