Nina is a digitalization strategist at the IT department of the City of Munich, where she leads the development of the city's AI strategy and is part of the digital strategy team. With a phd in business informatics, and five years of experience in digital business and brand strategy at Audi AG, she works at the intersection of technology, public administration, and societal transformation. Her work is grounded in one conviction: AI is not neutral, and progress that excludes is not progress. She speaks internationally on AI governance, power structures in technology, and what inclusive digital transformation looks like when it has to work for everyone.
