Silvia has been passionate about music all her life. After studying Chinese Studies and Cultural and Music Management, her curiosity about creativity techniques led her into innovation and start-up management. Today, she heads Wavelab - the Innovation Lab and Startup Center at the University of Music and Theatre in Munich, where she supports creative minds on their journey turning new ideas into reality. With her experience as an innovation consultant, she bridges the gap between artistic vision and entrepreneurial thinking.
