After scaling an automotive start-up from 5 to over 400 employees, Simone founded her own company, meliodys medical, which focuses on developing a non-hormonal, local pain management solution for menstrual pain. Before starting her start-up career, she studied business administration in Aachen and Mexico and worked for several corporate companies.
