Festival der ZukunftHi! I am Tobias Lugmeier, an independent (industrial) designer and lecturer working in a wide spectrum of fields and topics, ranging from everyday objects to quantum computing. My work is applied as well as conceptional, oscillating in between service and vision, production and research, speculation and transfer - with a special interest in the influence of technology on our selves, our physical environments and the emotional relations in between. With teaching assignments in industrial-, interface- and interaction design at the university of applied sciences in Munich, one main interest is in re-negotiating and identifying future skills, traits and perspectives needed for the design of future technologies - and desirable futures for all.
