Background in biotechnology and some physics. Co-founded Juicy Marbles in 2019 to combat the insanity of current meat production systems. Tinkerer with passion for experimental cooking and optimisation of industrial processes. In the last couple of years he was leading the scale-up of Juicy Marbles plant-based whole cut production while developing new products in the meantime.
