Susanna Götz

Susanna Götz, a certified electrician and academically trained designer, specializes in developing practical applications in the field of medical education using virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR). She possesses a unique skill set, having self-taught herself programming and delving into creative coding. Currently, she applies her expertise at the Institute of Design and Information Systems at THWS.

Susanna Götz has achieved notable recognition for her work. She was the recipient of the DMEA Nachwuchspreis, an award that acknowledges emerging talent in the healthcare and technology sectors. Additionally, she received the Best Paper Award at the International Conference on Applied Informatics - ICDD 2021, which highlights the quality and relevance of her research in this field.
