Rafaela Kraus

Vice President of Entrepreneurship

Prof. Dr. Rafaela Kraus is Professor for Corporate and People Management and Vice President for Entrepreneurship, Diversity and Applied Sciences at UniBw M. She was appointed to UniBw in 2007 and headed the Faculty of Business Administration for several years. Prof. Dr. Rafaela Kraus is advising international companies and organizations in the areas of people management, leadership and change management and founded the entrepreneurship center founders@unibw in 2019, which promotes deep-tech start-ups - e.g. SpaceTechs - and at the same time strengthens the intrapreneurship skills of the next generation of leaders in the German Federal Armed Forces.
Prof. Dr. Rafaela Kraus began her academic career by studying business administration at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. She received her Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology in 1998.
