Sarah Schlingloff

Sarah Schlingloff is a Master’s student at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), specializing in Food Technology. With a passion for new and sustainable food options, she aims to use her skills to improve global food security. This year, she was honored to win the university's food innovation contest. Sarah has developed a patent-pending enzyme technology, which she used to create a mushroom-based vegan steak.
