Ann-Kristin Achleitner

Ann-Kristin is an expert in entrepreneurial finance and actively invests in technology startups herself. She currently serves as a non-executive director on the boards of DHL/Deutsche Post, Linde, and Lazard. She is a member of the International Advisory Board of Investcorp, the Board of Trustees of the Institute of Advanced Study in Princeton (IAS), and of the Future Council of the Federal Chancellor of Germany, among others. Ann-Kristin studied at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and holds doctorates in business administration and law. She has been a professor at the Technical University of Munich since 2001 where she held the Chair of Entrepreneurial Finance until 2020 and has been Scientific Co-Director of the Center for Entrepreneurial and Financial Studies (CEFS) since 2003.
