Ann-Kristin Achleitner

Ann-Kristin is an expert in entrepreneurial finance and actively invests in technology startups herself. She currently serves as a non-executive director on the boards of MunichRE, Linde, and Lazard. She is a member of the International Advisory Board of Investcorp, the Advisory Boards of Lakestar and Techem, the Board of Trustees of the Institute of Advanced Study in Princeton (IAS), and is a member of the Future Council of the Federal Chancellor of Germany. Ann-Kristin studied at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and holds doctorates in business administration and law. She has been a professor at the Technical University of Munich since 2001. There she held the Chair of Entrepreneurial Finance until 2020 and has been Scientific Co-Director of the Center for Entrepreneurial and Financial Studies (CEFS) since 2003.
