Johanna Farnhammer

Dr. Johanna Farnhammer is the Head of KI Transfer Plus at appliedAI Initiative GmbH. In this role, she drives the KI Transfer Plus program, which assists medium-sized companies in getting started with AI applications by providing regional support from AI experts. This program is funded by the Bavarian State Ministry of Digital Affairs and had already 38 participants. She holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and has over 10 years of industry experience in manufacturing environments. She has worked as a developer, auditor, and specialist in automated quality control of aircraft components, developing, applying, and monitoring computer vision algorithms for video recordings and sound measurements. She is deeply interested in everything that makes people human. When she's not talking about AI, she gives lectures on the subject or writes books about it.
