Martina Simon

Martina Simon heads the group "Human Centered Innovation" at the Center for Applied Research on Supply Chain Services of the Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits IIS. She initiates and is responsible for research and consulting projects in the field of human experience, behavior and decision-making, especially with regard to digital living environments and transformation. As a qualified psychologist, her focus is on human-technology interaction, technology/AI acceptance research and the socio-ethical evaluation of user-friendly technical solutions. Prior to her academic career, she worked for around 18 years in the start-up and SME context, including in product, content and translation management.
