Carsten Goertz

Carsten Goertz is a co-founder of Neo-Metabolism – an interdisciplinary creative organisation based in Amsterdam and L.A., with traits of a communal think tank, a publishing house and a design studio. Carsten is a contributing editor for Real Review, and co-runs the AV channel Remote Control. His work as AV artist/performer has been featured at shows including CTM, Unsound, Atonal festival, and art institutions across Europe, Japan and Brazil. He taught as Assistant Professor for Visual Methods at the Institute for Music and Media in Düsseldorf, and continues to mentor a small, but globally distributed network of talents. In his professional practice, Carsten provides services in creative direction and strategy, with clients including Apple, Nike Labs, XL Recordings and Raf Simons.
