Cassi Welling

Cassi is Chief Operating Officer at NewSpace startup ConstellR, tasked with driving the thermal infrared imaging startup towards growth, scale and positive impact. She has spent the last 8 years in or working alongside cleantech and digital startups or scaleups, most recently as COO at Hawa Dawa, a Munich-based digital air quality mapping platform.
Since 2018 she has been a member of the Venture Advisory Board at Falling Walls, a global network showcasing disruptive science and technology and recently established The Coop, a professional network for COOs active in the impact space.
