His professional experience includes senior executive roles at ProSiebenSat.1 Group and Microsoft, where he managed digital media/consumer platforms and led international AI projects. He is the founder of NextGen Experiences, an innovation consultancy that specializes in AI and the metaverse. Alongside his entrepreneurial activities, Dirk serves as a professor at Macromedia University and as a senior lecturer at the University of St. Gallen. His passion lies in exploring the future of work, specifically in how the metaverse and AI will shape this evolution.
