Kolja Heskamp

As a managing director of CoCo Finance, Kolja supports founders with the development of their company, especially with the setup and optimization of scalable financial structures and processes. CoCo Finance develops individual finance solutions for startups so that founders can focus on their core departments and strengths.
Kolja holds a MSc in Management of Innovation from Rotterdam School of Management and has been active in Private equity before joining the world of Start-ups. During this time Kolja held Finance and Business Intelligence Management positions at, among others, Thermondo, Asana Rebel and infarm. He helped secure more than 200 MEUR in Venture Capital and Venture Debt and reshaped numerous finance organizations to transform from a reactive clerks office to an entity wide sparring partner and driver for excellence and performance.
