Lukas Dillinger is a passionate food entrepreneur dedicated to driving sustainable change in food systems. He is an advocate for good food, bridging the gap between farm, lab and fork. Lukas holds a master's degree from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Italy, was the first culinary manager of Bavaria and is shaping the future of food as AgriFood Lead at TUM Venture Labs.
