Markus Schmitz is consultant at Aleph Alpha in Heidelberg.He recieved his PhD in Information Systems from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg working on the Design and Integration of Machine LEarning Systems in Information Systems. After working for BMW as an AI expert he joined Aleph Alpha in 2022 to enable others in using the next generation of AI. He is also Guest Lecturer at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg.

Markus Schmitz ist KI-Berater bei Aleph Alpha in Heidelberg und promovierte in Wirtschaftsinformatik an der Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg zum Thema Design und Integration von Machine-Learning-Systemen in Informationssystemen. Nachdem er bei BMW als KI-Experte gearbeitet hat, kam er 2022 zu Aleph Alpha, um andere bei der Nutzung der nächsten Generation von KI zu unterstützen. Er ist außerdem Gastdozent an der Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg.
