Maya Volwahsen

Maya is Head of Insights at the BMW Foundation, where she is leading the foundation’s groundwork on innovation, regenerative economy, and leadership. She is promoting a courageous new leadership paradigm for an inclusive economy that respects the planetary boundaries. She is also responsible for supporting the work of RESPOND and of the participating entrepreneurs with scientific insights, identifying future technology trends and gaps in business transformation. She holds degrees in physics and economics and was working in consulting and macro-economic research prior to her current role.
