I am co-founder and CEO of Meshcapade, a tech-startup aimed at making realistic digital humans possible for everyone. We are bringing automated human body modelling, tracking and simulation techniques to the industry through a simple online platform.

For more than a decade I have been building new methods for human body shape and pose estimation, as well as generative human body models for AI and machine learning. Before founding Meshcapade, I worked at Max Planck Institute for many years developing these solutions, including the SMPL Body Model, which has quickly become the de-facto standard in the field of computer vision and machine learning.

With Meshcapade, we are commercializing the ground breaking technologies we built at Max Planck. We are democratizing the SMPL body model so that everyone can easily use it through our digital human platform.
