Nicola Kegel

Nicola Kegel is a biotech leader and entrepreneur with a background in biology and computer science. She is currently the CEO of Nanogami, a Munich-based startup that develops DNA origami nanotechnology for molecular diagnostics and cancer treatment. With over a decade of experience as a serial entrepreneur and McKinsey & Company business consultant, Nicola brings scientific and business expertise to her role. She is also an Innovation Manager for the Federal Agency of Disruptive Innovation. Nicola aims to revolutionise the life sciences industry by creating a horizontal biochip framework that can be adapted and customised for a wide range of genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics applications.
