Nina Korshunova

Dr.-Ing. Nina Korshunova is the Director of Technology at Hyperganic. She holds a doctoral degree in computational mechanics with the highest distinction, which she earned from the Technical University of Munich. In addition, she has two Master's Degrees in Civil Engineering and Computational Mechanics, both of which were awarded with Honours.

In 2021, Nina co-founded DirectFEM, a web-based simulation company dedicated to leveraging innovative technology to create cutting-edge engineering solutions. The company's mission is to introduce mechanical simulations in previously unfeasible product lifecycle areas, empowering businesses to achieve unprecedented success. DirectFEM was subsequently acquired by Hyperganic in 2022.

As Director of Technology at Hyperganic, Nina is responsible for driving the development of new technologies that deepen the possibilities of algorithmic engineering. Her personal expertise lies in the field of CT-based numerical simulation, and she has a strong background in programming, development and application of numerical tools for engineering problems.
