Tatjana Wilk

Tatjana is the General Manager of the Cluster of Excellence MCQST, which is funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG). Together with her team she contributes advancing Munich into an international hub for quantum science and technologies. In the newly founded Munich Quantum Valley she is one of the coordinators for outreach and the educational programs, which reach from bringing quantum technologies to schools over application oriented internships and fellowship programs for Master and PhD students to further education for professionals. Tatjana has more than 15 years of research experience in quantum science: She received her PhD from the Technical University of Munich and the Max-Planck-Institute of Quantum Optics (MPQ), worked as a postdoc at Institut d’Optique in Palaiseau, and has spent several years as a senior researcher at MPQ.
